MiddleVR Daemon crashes

When you try to kill the application on the cluster, the MiddleVR Daemon crashes.

To fix this, remove the following file:

- MiddleVR 1.x : %APPDATA%/MiddleVR/ClusterSimulations.pid

- MiddleVR 2.x : %APPDATA%/MiddleVR/ClusterSimulations2.pid
