Incorrect Perspective in Cave Automatic Virtual Environment

A partner and I have been working to implement an application built originally for the desktop and adjusting it so that it can be ran in a 4-walled virtual CAVE. I was able to successfully transform the image so that is projected on all 4 walls using Middle VR for Unity (this is used for all applications in our CAVE environment). The issue I am running into, however, is that the perspective is inverted when viewing images in the scene. I have checked and double checked to make sure the headset orientation is correct and the field of view for the camera matches the field of view of my projector screen and have come to the conclusion that the problem is neither of those issues. I was wondering what Unity Scripts could interfere with this perspective and/or a way to account for this inversion in any way. Thanks for your time and any help is greatly appreciated!
